Hello! A non refundable deposit is required to book any appointment. Cancelling, rescheduling or not showing up for your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. One reschedule is allowed per deposit. Any rescheduling after that will require a new deposit. If appointments are not confirmed at least 24 hours in advance your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be loss. Thank You!
